Job Discription

- Guide our Marketing team in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base.

- Set targets, monitor KPIs,submit data reports, and conduct A/B tests to ensure consistent performance of compaigns

- Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach.

- Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends.

Job Requirement

- Excellent communicatiom and presentation skills

- Solid understanding of stastical concepts

- Superb observational , interpersonal, and problem solving skills

- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
