- Handling guests by Greeting, Welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge regarding briefing and accounting through software.
- Good ata handling cash, credit or cheque transactions with customers.
- Having time management skill, efficiency and basic math .
- Maintain security and tele communication system.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by managing the rules and regulations.
Job Requirement
- Keeps report transactions without any errors.
- Ensuring the price,scan goods and collect payments.
- Isseus change, receipts,refunds or tickets and ensures the amount figures in drawers at the begining and end of shifts.
- Active listening and great customer service skills.
- Punctuality,positive attitude and attention to the details.
- Multitasking capabilities and organizational abilities.
