Job Discription

• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
  Overseeing all kitchen operations.
• Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
• Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
• Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
• Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.

Job Requirement

1. Responsible to make delicious MO.MO as our ingredient formula through machines

2. Make MO.MO as our menu requirement.

3. Able to continue same taste every day.

4. Should be capable to handle kitchen pressure, also the fast delivery.

5. Demonstrate a high standard of personal hygiene.

6. Need to have good confidence to operate machine.
