Job Discription
- Guide our Marketing team in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base
- Set targets, monitor KPIs, submit data reports, and conduct A/B tests to ensure consistent performance of campaigns
- Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
- Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach
- Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends
- Provide necessary feedback to the Marketing team on key observations after analyzing campaign reports, ad budgets, etc
Job Requirement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts
- Superb observational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
